Well-Being and belonging AT FIS
For a school community to thrive, a school must not only meet the academic needs of its students, but also the social, emotional and physical needs of its entire community as well. FIS has therefore developed programs to support the well-being and belonging of our student and adult community members, from the time they are welcomed into our school through supporting their transition beyond FIS.
Additionally, we recognize that all community members have the right to feel safe and secure, and know that their individual differences are welcomed and appreciated. In this spirit, the FIS Board of Trustees and administration, together with the FIS community, are committed to fostering and sustaining an inclusive, equitable and safe environment that creates a sense of belonging for all.

We inspire individuals to develop their intellect, creativity and character to become independent, adaptable, socially responsible and internationally minded citizens, by ensuring a dynamic, inquiry-driven education of the highest standard.
