Equity, justice and belonging AT FIS

Equity, justice and belonging are core values of FIS. All community members have the right to feel safe and secure, and know that their individual differences are welcomed and appreciated. These include differences of age, ethnicity, family makeup, gender identity and expression, language, learning ability, nationality, physical ability, race, religion, sexual orientation, and socioeconomic status. Diversity is vital to the FIS mission of developing socially responsible and internationally minded citizens.

The Board and administration are working together with the FIS community to define, foster and sustain an inclusive, equitable and just environment that creates a sense of belonging for all.
