A Place to Find Your Favorite Books
Four purpose-built libraries across our campuses serve as information hubs where all community members – students, faculty and parents –have access to thousands of books, periodicals, multi-media materials and subscription-based databases.
oberursel primary school
The Primary School Library is a welcoming space for our entire school community and a hub of discovery for young readers. Our shelves are stocked with a diverse range of resources, including a vibrant selection of picture books, engaging chapter books, fascinating nonfiction, and a variety of world languages, among other offerings. Parents are always welcome to visit during open hours to see all the library has to offer.

oberursel Elementary SChool
Our Oberursel Campus Elementary School Library contains a collection of over 16,000 books: fiction (picture books through easy reader, series, chapter books and graphic novels), non-fiction, reference, and international books in many languages including German and Korean.
We have a large, inviting space with built-in seating for browsing, reading or group activities, cozy seating nooks spread through the library, and a teaching/research area with an interactive white board.

Oberursel upper School
The Upper School's Library boasts an impressive collection of resources: approximately 25,000 books, thousands of DVDs, more than 70 periodicals and a dozen online databases and tools.
The collection supports the school's curricular areas and offers students and parents resources to pursue their personal interests, while keeping in mind the international nature of the community it serves.

wiesbaden Campus
Set in an expansive light-filled open area on the school's second floor, the FISW Library Media Center looks out over the surrounding valley and offers students and parents an inviting space in which to take in some of its 15,000 book titles from easy reader to parent reference, plus periodicals, recorded music, audio books, videos and DVDs. The Library is open throughout the school day and after school and serves students from First Steps to Grade 8.
