Playing sports brings me joy and helps me connect with new people and make new friends. Sports enhance my experience at FIS because they help me connect with people from different grades who have a culturally diverse background. These new experiences will help me understand people that I meet today and in the future.

Andy, Grade 10

Athletic FAQs

Athletic Booster Club

The Athletic Booster Club (ABC) is a team of volunteer parents who raises funds, promotes school spirit and works together with the school to support the FIS athletic community.

Funds raised through the school's Bookstore and concession stand help purchase needed items, including sports bag, equipment, and financial assistance for some sports trips.

Anyone with a child in the athletics program is automatically a member, but others interested in supporting the teams and activities are also invited to join our monthly meetings. Dates and locations are listed on the web calendar.
