Summer Academy

A Place to Have Fun

The FIS Summer Academy program is held on our Oberursel Campus and open to current and future FIS students, as well as those in the community who would like to experience our summer camp program.

The FIS Summer Academy program is a day camp that runs Monday to Friday and offers students an unforgettable experience through challenging academic and social activities. Participants not only have fun learning, but get to meet new friends throughout the summer.

During Summer Academy , I took chemistry and electronic music. I enjoyed attending these camps as they were very well organized and taught me something during the pandemic. This year in Grade 10, I had the option to choose an extra science. I took chemistry, to see if I enjoyed the subject. I ended up taking chemistry this year because of the summer camp. I also learned how to use GarageBand and to make my own music, which was also something new for me.
