Elementary School Principal (Effective July 2021)
Frankfurt International School is seeking an instructional leader and administrative head to serve as the Elementary School Principal for a 450-student division (Grades 2-5) on the Oberursel Campus. In addition to supervising Elementary School faculty, staff and students, the ES Principal has primary responsibility for overseeing the school’s programs and personnel in keeping with the FIS Mission, Beliefs and Objectives, school board policies, approved curriculum and administrative rules, regulations and directives.Download the comprehensive job description, including position summary, specific responsibilities and qualifications here.
Candidates must submit a cover letter that includes a specific expression of interest indicating strengths the candidate feels qualify him/her for consideration for the position, a resume, educational philosophy, and references. References will not be contacted without the candidate’s advance permission. The deadline for applications is 1 September 2020, and finalists will be selected by 1 October 2020. On-site interviews will be arranged as soon as possible thereafter, with the intention of the final selection being completed by mid-November.
