FIS Warriors Soccer Academy

The Warriors Soccer Academy provides a unique opportunity for aspiring Warriors and soccer players ages 7-16 to experience top level soccer instruction and coaching. Our experienced coaching staff bring years of soccer experience to the young dedicated soccer player. Young players with the commitment and determination to bring their skill to a new level will benefit from this experience.

At the Summer Soccer Academy, all aspects of the game are covered in a comprehensive program, that combines skill improvement and fun. Our summer program provides continuity of training, fitness, skills and mental preparation. The program will run for a full week, 9.00 – 15.00, to allow players to maximizes each day. The program includes a complete series of specific skill improvement programs designed through drills to reinforce each new skill. The Summer Soccer Academy is gear for all budding young soccer players.

Our Varsity program is designed and geared towards our Varsity program Athletes. This program is by invitation only.

The camp includes:

• Six hours of daily instruction
• Instructor/camper ratio – 1:10
• Players grouped by age and ability level
• Skill development / team play / tournaments
• Personal Fitness evaluation
• Warriors Athletics training top

Camp Dates: 5 – 9 August

Start | Finish Times: 9:00-15:00

Grade Levels: 2-8 (Athletes will be grouped by age)

Coach Information

David McCoy
Originally from Canada, Dave McCoy has coached football for 14 years and worked with a variety of age groups and skill levels. He has run youth level programs in England and China, and run high performance academies in Canada. Coach McCoy is the Head Coach of the Varsity Soccer Program at FIS. He is looking forward to an energetic, positive, and engaging football camp.
